






Dive into the craft of espresso smoking with your colleagues, friends or family.
Step behind the bar and get hands-on instruction in the art of espresso. Together with one of our experienced baristas, you dive into the craft behind a tasty espresso; the cornerstone of most milk-based coffee drinks such as cappuccino and cortado.
The course is based on the basic techniques it takes to brew espresso, both in the office and at home. You will learn about grinding, dosing, distribution and tamping, and gain an understanding of how each part of the process affects the taste in the cup.
Along the way, we taste espresso together and talk about aroma, mouthfeel and how to fine-tune one's brewing to achieve the desired result. There will also be an opportunity to work with steaming milk and test the technique in practice.
The course is practically oriented and takes place in small teams, where there is plenty of time for questions and individual guidance.
