Guldsmedgade 13, 8000 Aarhus
Impress your guests with the perfect espresso and creamy cappuccino and get inspiration on how to brew the best morning coffee for yourself. You will gain skills to brew on your own espresso machine, as we do in the coffee shops.
In the course, we will go over the fundamental elements it takes to brew the best cup of espresso coffee at home. You will learn about coffee grinding, dosing, distribution, and tamping, among other things, and gain an understanding of the craft behind a well-brewed cup of coffee.
We're going to taste a lot of espresso coffee together and talk about aromas and consistency, and how you can actively influence the result that emerges through brewing. You also get to test your skills in steaming milk.
The course is very practically oriented, so you can learn the art with your own hands. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with the craft behind a refined cup of espresso and try your hand at the skills required to make a creamy cappuccino.
The course is aimed at home brewers and those who want to try their hand at the barista profession and is not suitable as a professional barista training.
Depending on where you have booked your course, it will take place at our head office in Copenhagen, our coffee shop at Trianglen or our coffee shop in Aarhus.
